Mr. Alawam has Accounting BS degree from KFUPM, and for the past 15 years he worked in many fields such as infrastructure, chemical, Media, Mining, Petrochemical and Commercial groups. Mr. Alawam was the head of Financial Control Dept.

Mr. Mahmood Syed is the Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director of Tahweel. He has been given a diversified role starting from Controllership, and Treasury duties to strategist to the Chairman, bring together a diverse group of talented individuals to achieve superior financial performance

Mr. Salman is an analytical Credit, Financial & Operational Risk Management Professional having MBA Degree with over 12+ years of diversified post-graduate experience with leading & emerging institutions in fields of Retail, Investment, Leasing, Banking and Management Consultancy.
